Exchange & Return policy
If for any reason you wish to return unopened and unused products purchased from 1cm2art.com you may do so by shipping the items back to us within 14-days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please make sure to provide us with the tracking number of your returns along with your invoice to Support@1cm2art.com.
Currently at this time 1cm² Art do not allow exchanges. Items that have been opened or used will not be eligible for credit or refund.
If you purchased a product from a retail partner, please contact the specific retailer directly for assistance as each retailer have their own return & exchange policy.
To start your return process please email Support@1cm2art.com with your order number, reason for return, invoice, and the items you wish to return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be credited.
Due to sanitary reasons all liquid items may not be returned.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your order arrives back to our warehouse it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credit will be issued back to your account via the original payment method, if you have not received a response from us about your returned items after 7 business days please send us an update to Support@1cm2art.com .
If your order arrives damaged or defective?
We aim for top-notch quality on all of our products. Should you receive your items damaged or defective. Please email Support@1cm2art.com with your order number, invoice, and a clear photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of the initial delivery date and we will do our best to make your order right.
