Returns: For hygiene reasons, opened items are not eligible for return or refund.

Defective Items: Please email support@1cm2art.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defective item so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer product exchanges.

SHIPPING

General Information: In-stock orders placed before 12 p.m. ET Monday through Friday usually ship the same business day. Other orders are typically fulfilled within one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following business day.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. During holidays, major sales, or other peak periods, processing may take a few additional business days. Carrier delays may also occur after an order leaves our facility.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows that your package was delivered, first confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct and check with members of your household, neighbors, or building staff. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier or local post office listed on the tracking page for assistance.

Return to Sender: If tracking shows an attempted delivery or indicates that the package is undeliverable, contact the carrier as soon as possible. If the carrier cannot redeliver the package, email support@1cm2art.com with your order number and the correct shipping address. Packages returned because of an incorrect address or delivery refusal may be refunded less applicable shipping and handling costs.

Delayed Packages: If tracking shows a delay, contact the carrier first, as additional delivery information may be required. If the carrier cannot complete delivery, email support@1cm2art.com with your order number and current shipping address.
