Exchange & Return policy 

If for any reason you wish to return unopened and unused products purchased from you may do so by shipping the items back to us within 14-days of the delivery date for a full refund, make sure to provide us with the tracking number of your returns. At this time 1cm² Art currently do not allow exchanges . If you purchased a product from a retail partner, please contact the specific retailer directly for assistance. Items that have been opened or used will not be eligible for credit or refunds. 

To start your return process please email with your order number, reason for return, and the items you wish to return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be credited.

Due to sanitary reasons all liquid items may not be returned. 


How long does it take to process my return?

Once your order arrives back to our warehouse it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credit will be issued back to your account via the original payment method. 


If your order arrives damaged or defective?

We aim for quality on all of our products. Should you receive your items damaged or defective. Please email with your order number and a clear photo of the product within 48 hours of the initial delivery date and we will make it right.
